Formulation: Growth Medium 2D (BPS Bioscience #78639): Thaw Medium 2 (BPS Bioscience, #60184), 200 µg/ml of Hygromycin B.Thaw Medium 2 (BPS Bioscience #60184): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of Americ
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
