Cas9-expressing Raji cell pool (BPS Bioscience, #78071)
Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the cell pool.
Growth Medium 2K (BPS Bioscience #78078): Thaw Medium 2 (BPS Bioscience, #60184) plus 0.25 µg/ml of Puromycin (Invivogen, #ant-pr-1) to ensure recombinant expression.
Thaw Medium 2 (BPS Bioscience #60184): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
