Assay Conditions: Binding of Keap1 to Nrf2 was measured using BPS Keap1:Nrf2 Assay Kit, Cat. #72020. Briefly, varying concentrations of Keap1 were added to wells containing FITC-labeled Nrf2 peptide in assay buffer and incubated for 30 min. at room temp. Fluorescence was measured at ex 485nm, em 530 nm using a Bio-Tek fluorescent microplate reader.
