Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€
Encompassing Amino Acids: 2-422 (end)
Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: Enzyme reaction was performed in 50 µl kinase reaction buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 0.5 mM DTT) containing 50 µM ATP, 0.2 mg/ml ATF2 (BPS #40520) and 2-16 ng/µl MAPK10 for 30 minutes at 30°C. The amount of ATP transferred was assayed using the BPS Bioscience ATP quantification reagents.
