Notes: MI-2-2 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between menin and mixed-lineage leukemia 1 (MLL1).{23797} It binds to menin (Kd = 22 nM) and inhibits the interaction between menin and MLL1 in a cell-free assay (IC50 = 46 nM). MI-2-2 reduces cell growth (GI50 = 3 µM) and induces cell cycle arrest at the G1 phase in MV4-11 cells.
