Clone Number: EBS-T-001
Immunogen: human BCL10 recombinant protein (aa122-168)
Concentration: 100 ug/ml
Storage buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide
Additional info: EBS-T-001 reacts with BCL10. Having an N-terminal caspase recruitment domain (CARD), BCL10 can induce apoptosis and activate NF-B. It is found on subpopulations of normal B and T cells, and is associated with MALT1, a paracaspase that, like BCL10, can be found translocated in MALT lymphoma. In such cases either BCL10 or MALT1 or both are highly expressed, depending on the site of translocation. MALT lymphomas lacking this translocation exhibit much lower levels of expression. BCL10 has been shown to be functionally conserved all the way back to zebrafish
