Clone Number: CB19
Immunogen: human PBLs
Concentration: 100 ug/ml
Storage buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide
Additional info: CB19 is specific for the antigen CD19. This antigen has a MW of 120 kDa and contains a 280 residue extracellular domain and a 240 residue cytoplasmic domain. It is a critical signal transduction molecule that regulates B-lymphocyte development, activation, and differentiation. It plays a dominant role in establishing signalling thresholds for antigen receptors and other surface receptors on B-lymphocytes. This antigen is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.
