Additional info: CD369 (dectin-1, beta-glucan receptor) is a 33 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein of lectin family, and serves as a part of innate immunity system by binding to beta-glucan polymers, which are typical for yeast and mycobacterial cell walls. CD369 is expressed predominantly on dendritic cells, but it can be detected also on monocytes, macrophages, mast cells, eosinophils, B cells, endothelial cells, and sometimes also on some T cell subsets.SpecificityThe mouse monoclonal antibody MB-1 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD37, a tetraspanin family transmembrane glycoprotein.Application detailsFlow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 2-5 μg/ml.
