Background: Identification of human Monocytes (bright) and Granulocytes (dim) expressing the 67kDa M.W. surface antigen. CD33 is also found on CFU-mix, CFU-GM, CFU-Meg, a portion of BFU-E, myeloblasts, promyelocytes, myelocytes, metamyelocytes but not early precursors

Immunogen: CD33=Derived from the hybridization of mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with FMY9S5 cells containing the CD33 gene.

Purification Method: Protein A/G Chromatography

Concentration: See vial for concentration

Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide
