Background: HLA-DR is used for the identification of human B cell and T cell subsets associated with approximately 10% of peripheral blood lymphocytes 28-34,000 M.W. surface antigen, and is present in low density on monocytes and macrophages.

Immunogen: HLA-DR=Derived from the hybridization of mouse NS-1/1-Ag4 myeloma cells with spleen cells of BALB/c mice immunized with human lymphoblastoid B-cell line RPMI 8866
