Background: Used as a marker for human myeloid cells. p13 protein is a nuclear antigen expressed in human granulocytes and monocytes in lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues and is expressed during the early phases of myeloid differentiation.
Positive Control: HL-60 cells.
Immunogen: Hybridoma produced by the fusion of splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with nuclei from Pokeweed mitogen stimulated with peripheral blood lymphocytes and mouse myeloma cells.
Purification Method: Ammonium Sulfate Precipitation.
Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide.
