Additional info: EBS-IF-007 is human specific and reacts with rod domain 2B, aa 311-335, of keratin 19 (40 kDa). Keratin 19 is expressed in sweat gland, mammary gland ductal and secretory cells, bile ducts, gastrointestinal tract, bladder urothelium, oral epithelia, esophagus, and ectocervical epithelium. Anti-keratin 19 reacts with a wide variety of corresponding epithelial malignancies.
