Additional info: EBS-O-114 reacts with HLA Class II. The antibody was shown to strongly block cytotoxic activity of T4+ cytotoxic T cell clones. Distribution studies on cell lines suggested that EBS-O-114 is directed against a DQ rather than a DR antigen.
