Target Species: Mouse
Usage: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse TARC concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
Tested Sample Types: serum, plasma and other biological fluids
Assay Time: 3.5h
Sensitivity: 7.5 pg/mL
Detection Range: 12.5-800 pg/mL
UNIProt ID: Q9WUZ6
Test Principle: This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TARC. Samples or Standards are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TARC and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TARC, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear luminescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer at 425nm. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TARC. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TARC in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
Cross reactivity: This kit recognizes Mouse TARC in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse TARC and analogues was observed
