Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€
Encompassing Amino Acids: 2-279
Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: The 50 µL reaction mixture contained 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 5 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM NMN, 0.1 mM ATP, and various amounts of NMNAT. The reaction was incubated at 37°C for 30 min, and the amount of ATP consumed was calculated using Kinase-Glo® Plus reagent (Promega).
