Source: Washed whole erythrocytes were prepared from fresh blood and used for intravenous immunization. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure
Specificity: IgG fraction of polyclonal Rabbit antiSerum to Bovine erythrocytes.
Formulation: Purified hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). No preservative added. IgG protein concentration 10 mg/ml. No foreign proteins added.
