Background: Receptor for the C-X-C chemokine CXCL16. Used as a coreceptor by SIVs and by strains of HIV-2 and m-tropic HIV-1.
Positive Control: SW1353 cell lysates.
Immunogen: Antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 319 to 338 of the human Bonzo protein. Peptide sequence is identical to those of macaque and African green monkey.
Purification Method: Antigen Immunoaffiinity Purification.
Formulation: Provided in phosphate buffered saline solution containing 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.
