Background: Orphan receptor. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylate cyclase. Expressed predominantly in the central nervous system, and at low levels in the lung, kidney, testis, ovary and eye. Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
Positive Control: Human brain.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide derived from the extracellular N-terminal region of the GPR3 protein.
Purification Method: Antigen Immunoaffiinity Purification.
Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide.
