Purification Method: Affinity purified antibodies of polyclonal Rabbit antiSerum to L-lactic dehydrogenase, LDH-1(H4) isoenzyme, from porcine heart.
Source: Rabbits were immunized with L-Lactic dehydrogenase, LDH-1(H4) isoenzyme, isolated and purified from porcine heart. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
