Specificity#: This product is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody that does not react with mouse cell surface markers and may therefore be used as an isotype matched negative control reagent to assess the level of non-specific binding of rat IgG2a monoclonal antibodies to mouse cells.
Test results show that This product is also suitable for use as a negative control with dog cells.
This antibody recognises a human cell surface marker, and therefore CANNOT be used as a negative control in human cells or cell lines.
