Specificity: The amino acid sequence used as immunogen is found in many of the IL-24 isoforms, including isoforms of 219, 207, 206, 154, 143 and 120 amino acids.
Antibody Modification: Unconjugated
Antigen Modification: aa100-150
Presentation: PBS, 0.05% Sodium Azide, 0.2% Gelatin
Immunogen: Amino acids 123-136 (KNYHNRTVEVRTLK)of human IL-24 were used as the immunogen for this antibody. Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey (100%); Gibbon (93%); Marmoset (86%).
Gene: IL24
Description: IL24 antibody LS-B113 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to IL24 (aa100-150) from human. It is reactive with human and monkey. Validated for Flow, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.
Usage: Immunohistochemistry: LS-B113 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B113 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.
