Recombinant antibodies

Antibodies are excellent tools for biomedical research as well as essential components of diagnostic tests. Therapeutic antibodies are almost exclusively produced by recombinant DNA technology. This method allows the targeted modification of specific functions of the antibodies and helps to eliminate possible side effects.
