Bovin beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase 1 can label O-GlcNAcylated proteins with an N-azidoacetylgalactosamine (GalNAz) group. This labeling method allows for the specific, unbiased, and global labeling of O-GlcNAcylated proteins.
