Notes: CCMI is a positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs).{51518} It enhances ACh-, nicotine-, or choline-induced currents in Xenopus oocytes expressing recombinant human α7 nAChRs (EC50s = 0.7, 0.6, and 0.5 µM, respectively).
