[cPP1-7,NPY19-23,Ala31,Aib32,Gln34] - Pancreatic polypeptide selectively binds to Y5 (IC50 = 0.24 nM in HEK293 cells expressing the human receptor) over Y1, Y2, and Y4 (IC50s = 530, >500, and 51 nM, respectively, in BHK-21 cells expressing the human receptors).
