Notes: CXCR2-IN-1 is a chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 2 (CXCR2) antagonist (IC50 = 0.501 nM in a reporter assay).{50113} It inhibits chemotaxis of isolated human neutrophils induced by chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1; IC50 = 79.4 nM). In vivo, CXCR2-IN-1 (100 mg/kg) inhibits forebrain lesion formation in a mouse model of cuprizone-induced demyelination.
