Notes: Omidenepag is a non-prostaglandin agonist of the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) receptor subtype EP2 and an active metabolite of the prodrug omidenepag isopropyl ester.{66941} It selectively binds to human EP2 over EP1, EP3, and EP4 receptors (IC50s = 10, >10,000, >10,000, and 5,480 nM, respectively) and induces cAMP accumulation in HEK293 cells expressing human EP2 receptors (EC50 = 1.1 nM).
