Description: Oxamflatin is a potent inhibitor of histone deacetylases. It has the ability to alter expression of genes involved in cell morphology, motility, apoptosis and cell cycle control, reducing the proliferation of cancer cells.
Format: White to off-white crystalline solid
Purity: ≥95% by HPLC.
Solubility: Solubility in ethanol, DMSO and DMF is 0.5 mg/ml, 5 mg/ml, and 10 mg/mlrespectively. Sparingly soluble in aqueous buffers.
Storage Stability: Store at or below -20°C. Solid form is stable at least 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Do not store aqueous solutions for more than one day.
