Notes: WNK463 is an inhibitor of WNK lysine-deficient protein kinase 1 (WNK1), WNK2, WNK3, and WNK4 (IC50s = 5, 1, 6, and 9 nM, respectively).{69637} It is selective for WNK1-4 over a panel of 442 kinases at 10 µM. In vivo, WNK463 (1, 3, and 10 mg/kg) decreases blood pressure, as well as increases urine output and urinary sodium and potassium excretion rates in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs).
