Product Description: AF 430 azide is a derivative of the yellow fluorescent dye AF 430. AF430 has an excitation wavelength of 425 nm and an emission wavelength of 542 nm. AF 430 azide can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) via the azide group and molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. To achieve specific coupling of dye labels and biomolecules[1].
