Product Description: ATTO 488 iodacetamid is a fluorescent dye suitable for single molecule detection applications and high-resolution microscopy for use in flow cytometry (FACS), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) experiments. ATTO 488 iodacetamid has an effective excitation wavelength of 480-515 nm. When using an argon ion laser, the excitation wavelength is recommended to be 488 nm.
