Product Description: BDP 558/568 azide is an azide modified BDP 558/568 (BDP 558/568: Ex=558 nm, Em=568 nm). BDP 558/568 azide can be used in the labeling of click chemistry. It contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing alkyne groups. It can also undergo ring strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
