Product Description: Sulfo-Cy5 azide is a fluorescent dye and nontargeted contrast agent. Sulfo-Cy5 azide has been used to label and image RNA[1][2]. Sulfo-Cy5 azide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
Formula: C37H48N6O10S3
