Exosomes & LNPs

Exosomes, vesicles & lipid-based drug delivery systems have become a major focus in biomedical research. The means of communication and transportation between cells hold great potential for new methods of administering active ingredients directly and in a targeted manner. Furthermore, there is an increasing amount of evidence for the involvement of exosomes in certain tumor diseases, making them a fascinating new target for reasearchers. We offer a wide range of products for LNP development and exosome research. From single lipids for LNP development and proof of concept kits with preloaded LNPs (mRNA with mCherry or GFP) to exosome isolation kits such as Exospin™ from Cell Guidance Systems (chromatographic) or ExoStep™ from Immunostep (flow cyctometry). These convenient and easy-to-use kits are available with or without an exosome standard for the detection of exosomes in cell culture supernatants, plasma and urine samples. The kits are available with CD63 capture and CD9 or CD81 exosome marker antibodies.
