Cedarlane’santi-Human CD45R monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human CD45R. This isthe longest isoform of the human leucocyte common antigen, CD45. CD45 is afamily of single-chain transmembrane glycoproteins with protein phosphataseactivity involved in transmembrane signaling. The molecular weight of CD45R isdependent on its level of glycosylation, which varies from its sources ofexpression: 200 kDa from T cells, 220 kDa from B cells as well as certainactivated T cells and other antigen presenting cells. Recognition of antigenmay be dependent on expression levels of sialic acid.
