Clone: VJ1/14.

Conjugate: FITC.

Immunogen: Human integrin beta 1.

Storage Buffer: The reagent is provided in aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium azide (NaN3).

Recommended Usage: CD29, clone VJ1/14, is a mAb intended for identification/enumerate human peripheral blood leukocytes suppressor/cytotoxic by FCM. This reagent is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/106 cells.

Description: This antibody reacts with the CD29-antigen, an integrin β1. CD29 complexes with one of nine integrin α subunits to form the very late antigen (VLA) subfamily of adhesion molecules. CD29 is expressed broadly on lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes.

The monoclonal antibody is directed against the CD29-antigen (gplla, VLA B-chain,integrin B1- chain),which can form distinct complexes with either of six different a-chains of the Very Late Antigens (VLA).
