Purity and Specificity: Avidin Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated was prepared from electrophoretically pure Avidin from egg white followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-avidin.
