Notes: This IL-17A (human) TR-FRET Biomarker Assay Kit uses a homogenous TR-FRET sandwich immunoassay method amenable to rapid measurement of IL-17A levels in cell culture supernatants. The standard curve spans a dynamic range of 77-100,000 pg/ml and a lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) of 339 pg/ml using the assay buffer included in the kit with laser excitation.
