Description: Cryopreservation is a cornerstone of cell biology, and is essential to maintaining healthy and reliable cell lines. BPS Bioscience Cell Freezing Medium is optimized for maximum viability and rapid recovery of all BPS Bioscience Cell Lines. This product contains DMSO. It is provided sterile-filtered and mycoplasma-free for the protection of the samples.
Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin
Format: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Formulation: MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
