Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.Optimized for Use With: T-Rex HEK293 Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience, #71227)
Formulation: Growth Medium 1H (BPS Bioscience #79546): Thaw Medium 1 (BPS Bioscience, #60187) plus 5 µg/ml of Blasticidin.
Thaw Medium 1 (BPS Bioscience #60187): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
