Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Formulation: Growth Medium 8B (BPS Bioscience #82153): RPMI-1640, 10% Heat-Inactivated FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 0.25 µg/ml Puromycin

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.  Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
