Notes: (±)11(12)-EET is biosynthesized in rat and rabbit liver microsomes by CYP450.{463,729} (±)11(12)-EET has been shown, along with (±)8(9)-EET (Item No. 50351), to play a role in the recovery of depleted Ca2+ pools in cultured smooth muscle cells.{5318} (±)11(12)-EET MaxSpec® standard is a quantitative grade standard of (±)11(12)-EET (Item No. 50511) that has been prepared specifically for mass spectrometry or any application where quantitative reproducibility is required.
