Notes: t-TUCB is a soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitor (IC50s = 0.4, 3.1, and 11.9 nM for the human, mouse, and rat enzymes, respectively).{66384} It also inhibits fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH; IC50 = 260 nM for the human enzyme). t-TUCB (3 mg/kg) increases the mechanical paw withdrawal threshold in a mouse model of diabetic neuropathic pain induced by streptozotocin (Item No. 13104).{66384} It prevents EKG abnormalities induced by the β1- and β2-adrenergic receptor agonist isoproterenol (Item No. 15592), as well as reduces isoproterenol-induced increases in infarct size and heart weight, in a rat model of myocardial ischemia when administered at doses of 3, 10, and 30 mg/kg.{66385}
