Description: Biotinylation reagent with very long 12 PEG spacer. Has a carboxyl group with a free -OH that can react with activated surfaces or can be converted to another reactive functionality. Can be used to link to biotinylate proteins with free amine groups using a cross linker such as EDC.

Format: White to off-white solid. May appear sticky.

Purity: ≥97%

Solubility: Soluble in DMSO or water. Prepare aqueous stock solutions immediately before use, anhydrous stock solutions can be stored for several days at -20°C.
