Specificity#: This product is suitable for use in direct and sandwich ELISA assays of plasma or serum samples.
The buffer containing proprietary non-mammalian proteins, is designed to reduce non-specific binding between the sample matrix and the protein adsorbed to the ELISA plate.
This product also contains a proprietary chelating agent that inhibits complement and thrombin activity.
The buffer is suitable for use with human, bovine and porcine samples.
