Assay Conditions: Assayed using Z-Lyte® (Invitrogen) kinase assay conditions with 2 µM Tyr 01 Peptide in 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 0.01% BRIJ-35, 10 MgCl2, 1 mM EGTA for 45 minutesat 30°C, and incubated with reagent B (1:256) for 50 minutes at RT. Results were read using a Tecan Infinite M1000.
