Product Description: The GeneTex SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike-ACE2 Binding / Neutralization Assay Kit is an in vitro assay for qualitative SARS-CoV-2 neutralization reagent screening. The kit includes the recombinant RBD proteins of the wildtype (WT) strain and five major WHO-designated variants of concern (i.e., Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Kappa) for strain-specific neutralization analysis.
Application Note: The suitable sample types include but not limit to purified antibodies and serum. The suggested sample loading amount is 50μl per well. Please see the protocol for detailed procedure.
