Description: The SUV39H1 Chemiluminescent Assay Kit is designed to measureSUV39H1 activity for screening and profiling applications. The key to the SUV39H1 Chemiluminescent Assay Kit is a highly specific antibody thatrecognizes methylated K9 residue of Histone H3. With this kit, only three simple steps arerequired for methyltransferase detection. First, S-adenosylmethionine is incubated with asample containing assay buffer and methyltransferase enzyme for one hour. Next, primaryantibody is added. Finally, the plate is treated with an HRP-labeled secondary antibodysfollowed by addition of the HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence that can then bemeasured using a chemiluminescence reader.
Storage Stability: 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.
