Description: This liquid Cell Thawing Medium is optimized for thawing and plating select BPS Bioscience recombinant cell lines.

Formulation: Thaw Medium 18 (BPS Bioscience #82205): MCDB 131, 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 10 mM Glutamine, 1 µg/ml Hydrocortisone.

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.  Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
