Encompassing Amino Acids: 181-712

Applications: This enzyme is active in the Ub-CHOP assay.

Background: USP33 was originally identified as a protein that interacts with the E3 ubiquitin ligase pVHL, a region commonly mutated in patients with pVHL disease and has been shown to be ubiquitylated by the pVHL E3 ligase complex in vitro and in transiently transfected COS-7 cells. The USP33 catalytic core spans amino acids 181-712.

Description: Human USP33 Core Domain recombinant protein (Genbank Accession No. Q8TEY7), a.a. 181-712, with N-terminal SUMO- and His-tags, expressed in E. coli.
